How to Resolve Chat Section Not Showing Up Near Job Booking Screen

Problem

The chat section is not showing up near the Job Booking screen even though the chat feature is enabled.

Solution

  1. Perform a hard refresh.        

    • For Mac, hold the shift key and the reload button.

    • For Windows, hold the Ctrl key and press F5 key at the same time.

  2. Check if you have access to the View Customer Chats permission.

  3. If the View Customer Chats permission is not enabled, an Administrator can grant access.

  4. If the issue persists, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.

Note: If an Administrator reports the issue, ServiceTitan Technical Support can enable the View Customer Chats permission for them.
