If a service agreement is no longer needed, you can cancel it.

Administrators, accountants, project managers, and operations managers
Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types, and Residential Service and Replacement business types
Applies to all trades
Things to know
If an active service agreement that has auto-renew enabled is canceled but has its next cycle already generated, the next cycle status updates to Rejected.
Cancel a service agreement
Go to the Service Agreement section in the Customer record.
Click the Service Agreement you want to cancel.

On the Service Agreement screen that opens, click Status in the main header.

On the Update agreement status screen that opens, click Canceled, then click Update Status.

On the Cancel Agreement confirmation pop-up that opens, click Cancel Agreement.
When canceled, all unscheduled visits are dismissed and any deferred revenue balance is automatically adjusted. You can't undo a cancellation, and you can't edit a service agreement once canceled.
In the Service Agreements section of the Customer record, canceled service agreements display a red icon in the Status column.
