What to do when Dialpad won't go on available and keeps putting you on break

Problem

You are unable to receive calls through DialPad as it keeps putting you on break status even after restarting your computer.

Solution

  1. Check if you are in DND (Do Not Disturb) mode.        

    1. Go to your DialPad app and click Profile.

    2. Disable the Do not disturb toggle.

  2. If the issue persists, log out of Dialpad and log back in.

  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies.        

    1. Click More at the top right corner of the Chrome browser.

    2. Click Clear Browsing Data.

    3. Select Cookies and Cached images and files.

    4. From the Time range dropdown, select All Time.

    5. Click Clear Data.

    6. Make a hard refresh by holding Ctrl + Shift + R.

  4. If none of the above steps work, try using Dialpad on a different browser or device.
