Issues with Phones Pro Assist Cards

Problem

When trying to add trigger words to an Assist Card in Phones Pro, an error message appears saying "You must enter at least 1 keyword" even when multiple keywords have been entered.

Solution

1. In Dialpad, go to Settings > Dialpad Ai > Real Time Assist cards.

2. Click Create > Create from scratch.

3. Enter the Name, Description, Rep Response, Link, and Assigned Groups for the Assist Card.

4. In the Trigger words/phrases field, enter each trigger word separately and press Enter after each word.

5. Click Create Card to save the Assist Card.

By following these steps, you will be able to successfully add trigger words to the Assist Cards feature in Phones Pro.
