Why does a booked estimate still appear on the follow-up screen?

Problem

An estimate was sold, converted to a job, and completed. Yet, it still appears in the Sold Estimates tray. This usually happens as one of the items was not booked.

Solution

By following the steps, the estimate should no longer appear in the Follow up screen.

Remove an estimate from the Follow-up screen

  1. Go to the Follow Up screen.

  2. Find the estimate in question.

  3. Check if all tasks related to this estimate are booked. Look for any items or tasks that might not be booked.

  4. Identify the unbooked task.

  5. Delete the unbooked task. Click the task and look for an option to delete or remove it.        

    1. There are two options to delete the unbooked task:                

      1. Delete the item if you don't need it anymore

      2. Book the item into the job if you accidentally missed it

  6. Confirm the deletion. This action should remove the estimate from the follow-up screen.
