Overview

Application Management provides a clear view of all your customers' loan applications in one place. Instead of checking different partner portals or asking technicians for updates, you can track everything from submission to funding without leaving ServiceTitan.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Primarily for Residential Service

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • The View financing application management permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • Only applications submitted through ServiceTitan are tracked in Application Management.

Review financing applications

To review the statuses of your customer's financing applications:

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Accounting .

  2. In the side panel, go to Application Management

  3. (Optional) If you'd like to find specific applications, use Search or any of the following filters:        

    1. Application Date

    2. Provider

    3. Business Unit

    4. Technician

    5. Status

Edit columns

To customize the information presented by Application Management:

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Accounting .

  2. In the side panel, go to Application Management.

  3. Click Edit Report

  4. Click Show/Hide for each column that you want to be visible or hidden.

  5. Click and drag the order of columns, with the top column being the furthest left on the Application Management screen.

  6. Click Lock for each column that you don't want to be moveable.

  7. When finished, click Apply.

  8. (Optional) If you want to return to the default view, click Reset Defaults and then click Apply.        

    Note: Application ID, Application Date, and Customer Name can't be edited or hidden.

Take actions on applications

If an application has pending actions, use Application Management to quickly view them. To take actions on applications:

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Accounting .

  2. In the side panel, go to Application Management.

  3. Click Action and select any of the applicable actions:         

    1. View Application History: Review all of the different actions taken for the estimate and application.
