Overview

After a customer applies for financing, you can check the status of their application in the Field Mobile App and make changes if needed. This allows you to manage the full application lifecycle and access applications at any time, all in one place.

Search for a financing application in the Field Mobile App

Search for applications entered through the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the Field Mobile App and tap Menu at the bottom of the screen.

  2. On the Menu screen that opens, tap Financing History

  3. On the Financing History screen that opens, use the filters to find the application you're looking for.

    Note: Search criteria varies for each partner.

Search for applications entered outside of the Field Mobile App

  1. On the Financing History screen, tap Account LookupFinancing history showing various applicants and their application statuses with action required alert.

  2. On the Account Lookup screen that opens, select the partner for which you want to search applications.

  3. Each partner has different search criteria you can use to find the application. Enter the search criteria then tap SearchAccount lookup interface showing provider options and application ID input field.

Manage a financing application in the Field Mobile App

After you find the application you want to check, you can open it to manage it.

  1. On the Financing History screen, tap the application you want to manage. Financing history showing action required for John Smith's approval status.
