Adding Equipment Pictures to Invoice Email

Problem

You want to add equipment pictures to invoices.

Solution

You cannot directly attach an image file to the invoice itself but you can attach an image file to the job which you can then attach to the invoice email.

1. Search for and go to the relevant job.

2. Attach the image file to the job record.

3. While on the job screen, click the invoice number to go to the invoice record.

4. On the invoice screen, click the Email icon to email the invoice.

5. On the Email Invoice screen, click Attach Files.

6. On the Attach Files To Email screen, select the files you want to attach and click Attach.

7. Enter any other relevant information on the invoice email.

8. When finished, click Save.
