Things to know

  • Enterprise Hub (EH) Network is a centralized system that links multiple tenants for unified administrator management within a single company. Tenants under that company use the network as their EH account or EH instance.

  • Every Enterprise Hub user should have an associated network, as the system doesn't allow users without one. Contact your Customer Success Manager or technical support for details.

  • Tenants may need to log out and back in Enterprise Hub or wait until the next day to see the changes after they accept the tenant invitation.

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Settings .
