The mobile app on your Android device is not allowing you to make outbound calls.

Solution

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Find and open the ServiceTitan mobile app settings.

  4. Look for the Permissions section.

  5. Enable all permissions related to calls.

  6. If you previously dismissed or denied the app's request for call permissions, you will need to enable them manually.
