Technician's Calls showing as coming from another country on ServiceTitan Mobile

Problem

Technician's calls are showing as coming from Russia when calling clients through the ServiceTitan platform on mobile.

Solution

1. Check if the issue is happening with all technicians or just a specific one.

2. Change the customer's phone number on the job to a test phone number and click to call from the technician's account to see if the issue is replicated.

3. If the issue is not replicated, ask the customer to provide a screenshot of the issue or their phone number to make the same test for their phone.

4. If the issue is replicated, contact Technical Support for further assistance.
