How do I remove sync data options for journal entries in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users cannot see the Remove Sync Data option for journal entries due to missing permissions in their user profile.

Solution

Enable the Journal Entries permission in Enterprise Hub

  1. As an Administrator user, log into Enterprise Hub.

  2. Click User Management.

  3. In the side panel, click Roles.

  4. Select the role that needs permission updates.

  5. In the ServiceTitan permissions tab, enable the Can View & Edit permission for Journal EntriesDropdown menu showing access options for journal entries with selection highlighted.

  6. Save changes.

  7. Remove sync data to delete the entry from QuickBooks. For more, see Remove journal entry sync data.
