Problem
Forms freeze the ServiceTitan Mobile app completely on technicians' iPads. The same forms also freeze browsers when accessed from office laptops. This issue affects all users company-wide and prevents job completion.
Solution
Check the form conditional logic settings
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.
Find the form that is causing freezing issues.
Look for Conditional Logic rules associated with the form.
Review the rules and ensure that a form field rule does not "hide" itself. For example, "Form Field 1" has a "IF" rule set, and if the conditions are met, the "THEN" rule is set to HIDE the same "Form Field 1".
Note: Conditional logic can't have conditions that both need to be met and hide the same field.
Save the updated form.
Test the form on both mobile devices and office computers.
