How do I fix forms that freeze my ServiceTitan Mobile app?

Problem

Forms freeze the ServiceTitan Mobile app completely on technicians' iPads. The same forms also freeze browsers when accessed from office laptops. This issue affects all users company-wide and prevents job completion.

Solution

Check the form conditional logic settings

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.

  3. Find the form that is causing freezing issues.

  4. Look for Conditional Logic rules associated with the form.

  5. Review the rules and ensure that a form field rule does not "hide" itself. For example, "Form Field 1" has a "IF" rule set, and if the conditions are met, the "THEN" rule is set to HIDE the same "Form Field 1".        

    Note: Conditional logic can't have conditions that both need to be met and hide the same field.

  6. Save the updated form.

  7. Test the form on both mobile devices and office computers.
