Can I export batches using Enterprise Hub access in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users may not know if they can export batches with Enterprise Hub access. They need to confirm their permissions.

Solution

Follow the steps below to batch invoices.

Check your role permissions in Enterprise Hub

  1. Go to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and log in with your credentials.

  2. Go to User Management.

  3. In the side menu, click Roles.

  4. Select the role for which you want to update permissions.

  5. Click the ServiceTitan permissions tab.

  6. Scroll to the Accounting > Batching Invoices section and grant appropriate permissions. Dispatcher permissions for adjustment and batching invoices with various options selected.

  7. If permissions are confirmed, proceed to export batches in ServiceTitan.
