What is the setting to remove potential savings on customer-facing invoices in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to remove the display of potential savings on customer invoices.

Solution

Edit the membership type

1. Go to the main navigation bar and click Settings > Invoicing > Membership Types.

2. Find the membership type you want to modify and click Edit.

3. On the Edit Membership screen that opens, click Basics > Discount. 

4. Uncheck the box next to Show membership savings on customer-facing invoices.

5. When you're finished, click Save & Next. If you're done making changes, you can exit the Edit Membership screen.
