Problem
The member savings amount is not showing when printing the invoice.
Solution
Search and go to the customer's profile.
In the customer profile, under the Customer Details right panel, click the Edit icon on Additional Info.
In the Edit Customer screen, confirm that the Show Member Savings option is selected.
In the customer profile, click Memberships on the right menu and confirm that the customer has an active membership and was active during the invoice date and job completion date.
Search and go to the invoice in question.
Check if the item on the invoice has a Static Price, Static Member Price, and the Allow membership discounts option is selected. For more, see Add services to your pricebook.
Check the membership type and make sure that the membership discount is based on the associated pricebook category or business unit for the item on the invoice. For more, see Create membership types.
If the member savings amount is still not showing on the invoice, remove the task from the invoice and add it back in.
Check if the member savings amount is now showing on the invoice.
