Overview
After downloading and installing the Web Connector, update your ServiceTitan Web Connector when updates are available to ensure you’re running the latest web connector and are able to export to QuickBooks Desktop.

Your system administrator or IT specialist may need to authorize the update on your computer.
Check for updates
To confirm your ServiceTitan Web Connector is up to date:
Open the ServiceTitan Web Connector on your computer:
Open from the Search bar:
At the bottom left of your computer, in the Search bar enter ServiceTitan.
Click Open for the ServiceTitan QBWC application.
Open from the Tray:
Click the Caret icon at the bottom right of your computer.
Right-click the green ST icon.
Click Show.

Click About at the top right corner.
If ST Web Connector is up to date is displayed, your web connector doesn’t need to be updated.

If the Update button is displayed, your web connector needs to be updated.

Update from version 1.0.907.0 to 1.0.909.0
Check your current version as described in Check for updates. If your current version is 1.0.907.0, update the ServiceTitan Web Connector:
Uninstall the current version of ServiceTitan Web Connector
Open Add or remove program’ from the Start menu.
Find and select ServiceTitan QBWC in the list.
Click Uninstall.
In your web browser, go to this link to download the latest version.
Locate the downloaded file and install the latest version (1.0.909.0).
Update the ServiceTitan Web Connector
When an update is available for the ServiceTitan Web Connector, complete the update on all computers that you have it installed on. This ensures that you won’t be disrupted because of an update when you export to QuickBooks Desktop.
To update the ServiceTitan Web Connector:
Open the ServiceTitan Web Connector:
Open from the Search bar:
At the bottom left of your computer, in the Search bar enter ServiceTitan.
Click Open for the ServiceTitan QBWC application.
Open from the Tray:
Click the Caret icon at the bottom right of your computer.
Right-click the green ST icon.
Click Show.

The ServiceTitan web connector for QBD window opens.
Click About at the top right corner.
Click Update.

A confirmation pop-up opens.Click Yes.
Note: Click Yes if a Windows User Account Control message appears. A progress bar opens.
After the progress bar disappears, the update is complete.
Confirm the ServiceTitan Web Connector is successfully updated.
