Overview
After completing the onboarding steps outlined for QuickBooks Desktop integration, the next step is to download and install the ServiceTitan Web Connector.

Things to know
You only need to install the ServiceTitan Web Connector on the same computer or server where your QuickBooks file is stored.
If you use a managed hosting service to run QuickBooks Desktop, such as Right Networks, contact the service to let them know that you're using ServiceTitan’s web connector.
Note: These companies may charge a fee to download additional programs to your server.
Also, let your success manager know which hosting provider you currently use or plan to use.
QuickBooks Desktop 2022 requires a 64-bit Windows operating system and won’t run on 32-bit. To check if your version of Windows is 64-bit, see Verify if your Windows is 32- or 64-bit.
Download and Install the ServiceTitan Web Connector
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Integration > QuickBooks Desktop.
Note: Use Search to quickly find QuickBooks Desktop in the side panel.
In the QuickBooks Company Files section, click Connect a File.

On the Connect a new Quickbooks file popup that opens, click here
to download the installer file.

After the file downloads to your computer, open the downloaded file (.msi).
On the Windows protected your PC pop-up that opens, click More info to continue the installation.
Note: Depending on your computer settings, you may see this popup. If you don’t see this popup, skip to step 8.

Click Run anyway.

Follow the prompts in the ServiceTitan QBWC Setup wizard to complete the installation.

Create a Connection to Quickbooks with the ServiceTitan Web Connector
Note: We recommend you keep QuickBooks open to complete the process.
In the QuickBooks Company Files section, click Connect a File.

On the popup that opens, click Proceed.

On the next popup that opens, click Open QBD WebConnector.

Note: If the web connector does not open, open the program from your system tray in your taskbar. If you do not see it, search your computer for ServiceTitan QBWC.

If prompted, enter the following ServiceTitan information:
ServiceTitan server: If filled in, do not edit the server name. If the field is empty, enter https://go.servicetitan.com
Tenant: The name of the tenant you are working with.
Token: The value that appears in the Connect a new QuickBooks file popup when adding a new connection. Click Copy
to copy the value to your clipboard and paste it into this field.

Note: You will most likely not be prompted for this information. If you are having issues in this step, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support.
When you're finished, click the Next
icon.Go to QuickBooks and open the QuickBooks company file you want to connect to ServiceTitan.
In the ServiceTitan web connector for QBD popup, click the Next
icon.

In the next ServiceTitan web connector for QBD screen, confirm the connection details:
QuickBooks file name is the file to export transactions.
Connection name needs to be unique from any other connection names currently in your ServiceTitan account.
When finished, click Confirm

Configure Quickbooks File With ServiceTitan
To finish configuring your Quickbooks file with ServiceTitan, every Edit button must be selected and the settings should be saved even if no changes are being made.
