Overview
The Field Pro Standard: Usage Overview report template helps you see which of your technicians are using Field Pro Standard. It shows who has Field Pro turned on and how often they're asking Atlas questions.

To get started with Field Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).
Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.
Use cases
Track overall engagement: Review usage trends over time to make sure your team is getting the most value out of Field Pro Standard.
Identify training needs: Spot technicians who aren't using Field Pro or asking Atlas questions, so you can provide extra support or guidance.
Create a Field Pro Standard: Usage Overview report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Click Create Report.
On the New Report screen, for the report type, click Others.
For the Select a report template, click "..."/Field Pro Standard - Usage Overview.
Note: You may see this report listed as Reports / Field Pro Standard - Usage Overview or Experimental / Field Pro Standard - Usage Overview. The name depends on your account's configuration. Both refer to the same report.
The template has the following columns selected by default:
Business Unit: The business unit the technician is assigned to.
Technician Name: The name of the technician.
Field Pro Standard Enabled: Shows whether Field Pro Standard is turned on or off for each technician.
# Questions Asked - 7 Day: The total number of questions the technician asked Atlas in the last 7 days.
# Questions Asked - 30 Day: The total number of questions the technician asked Atlas in the last 30 days.
# Questions Asked - Total: The total number of questions the technician has asked Atlas since they started using Field Pro.

Click Next.
In the Name field, enter a name for your report.
Click the Category dropdown and select a category where your report will be listed.
(Optional) Adjust sharing settings as needed.
Click Save.
Run the Field Pro Standard: Usage Overview report
After you create and save a report for Field Pro Standard: Usage Overview, you can run the report to see how your technicians are using Field Pro Standard:
From the Date dropdown, select the date for which you want to run the report.
(Optional) Click the Business Unit dropdown to filter the report by business unit (BU).
Tip: You can select multiple business units if needed.
(Optional) Click the Technician dropdown to filter the report by specific technicians.
Tip: You can select multiple technicians if needed.
When finished, click Run Report.

You can export the report, edit the columns shown in the report, and drag column headers to group by that column. For more, see Run, filter, and export reports.
