Overview of scheduling features
When you enter business hours in ServiceTitan, you also configure time slots for each day. These time slots are used as the basis for job scheduling features across ServiceTitan, which include:
Customer Notifications: Allows you to send automatic reminder notifications and dispatch notifications to customers. When you enable booking confirmations or reminder notifications, you can use your business hour time slots to provide your customers with an arrival window. For more, see Overview: Customer notifications.
Adaptive Capacity: Helps you book jobs faster, schedule smarter, and fuel revenue growth. When you use Adaptive Capacity, business hour time slots are the basis for setting up technician availability. For more, see Adaptive Capacity overview: Learn how it works.
Set up business hours in ServiceTitan
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Operations > Business Hours.
Enter your time slots for each day of the week:
To remove a time slot, click Delete
.To add a time slot, click Add time slot.
Note: Time slots must be consistent across each day of the week. For example, you can't set a time slot of 8:00 AM–10:00 AM from Monday to Friday and a different time slot of 8:00 AM–11:00 AM on Sunday. However, you can schedule a time slot of 8:00 AM–10:00 AM from Monday to Friday and choose not to have this time slot for Sunday.
(Optional) Select Display warning when CSR books job outside of office hours and Display warning when CSR overbooks jobs if you want these warnings to be displayed to your CSRs.

When finished, click Save.
