Solution Uninstall the ST Web Connector.
On your computer, go to Search > Control Panel > (under Programs) Uninstall a program .
On the list of programs, locate and select ServiceTitan QBWC .
Click Uninstall (located at the top of the program list).
Follow the uninstall steps.
Reinstall the ST Web Connector .
Remove the certificate from Quickbooks Desktop side .
Create a new connection .
Confirm that the Web Connector is installed at the same location where QuickBooks is located .
Confirm that the ServiceTitan QuickBooks Web Connector is online .
Confirm that the ServiceTitan Web Connector is up to date .
Switch to Single User Mode in QuickBooks .
Run QuickBooks and Web Connector as an administrator .
If the issue persists, contact ServiceTitan support for further assistance.

Note: Remove access tools such as GoToMyPC, TeamViewer, and more, cannot be used for batch exports. The ServiceTitan Web Connector, QuickBooks Desktop, and your company file must be on the same physical hardware or server for security reasons.
A batch, or invoice batch, is a set of invoices that have been audited and are ready to post. You will use the Invoice screen in ServiceTitan to create invoice batches. On the Invoice screen, you'll have access to unbatched and batched invoices.
