Schedule, stop, and resume the life cycle of your Marketing Pro campaigns according to your needs.

Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.

Schedule a campaign

To schedule a draft campaign:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Select More > Edit for the campaign you want to launch.

  4. Click Schedule Campaign then Schedule for Later or Launch Now. For more, see Create Pro campaigns.

Stop a live campaign from Campaign Manager

You can stop a live campaign for any reason, such as an increase in the cost price, attracting the wrong segments, or to restart the campaign later on.

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Hover over the live campaign you want to stop and click More > StopCampaign Manager interface showing various email campaign statuses and options to manage them.

  4. On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm. The campaign status changes to Stopped.

Stop a live campaign from the Campaign Details screen

You can also stop a live campaign from the Campaign Details screen:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing  .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click the live campaign you want to stop.

  4. On the Campaign Details screen that opens, click StopDashboard showing newsletter status with 'Live' button and campaign details.

  5. On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm. The campaign status changes to Stopped.

Resume a stopped campaign from Campaign Manager

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Hover over the stopped campaign you want to resume sending and click More >  ResumeCampaign Manager interface showing various email campaign statuses and options to resume.

  4. On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm. The campaign status changes to Live.

Resume a stopped campaign from the Campaign Details screen

You can also resume a campaign sent from the Campaign Details screen:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click the stopped campaign you want to restart.

  4. On the Campaign Details screen that opens, click ResumeCampaign status shows 'Stopped' with options to resume or view inactive customers.

  5. On the confirmation window that opens, click Confirm. The campaign status changes to Live.
