Manage Marketing Pro campaign content

Overview

Edit, preview, and update your campaign content to keep messaging on point. Refine emails, SMS messages, and direct mail designs to match your goals. Ensure every campaign connects with your audience effectively.


Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content

This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Marketing Pro for content specific to your experience.

You can check your version following these steps:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing A speaker icon representing Marketing in ServiceTitan..

  2. If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types and Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

Things to know

  • For finished campaigns, you can only view the content.

  • You can only change the content for campaigns that you created.

Edit campaign content

To edit the different steps of your campaign content:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More > Edit next to the campaign you want to edit. Campaign Manager interface displaying active campaigns with options to edit and manage them.

  5. In the Campaign step, click Edit or click More > Edit    depending on the step. Starting trigger logic indicating a scheduled start date of September 21, 2023.

  6. Make the needed updates.

  7. When finished, click Save.

Edit a campaign's email template

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  6. Hover over the template and select the Edit Email interface showing subject line and time with a user editing options highlighted.

  7. On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, make the needed updates.

  8. When finished, click Save.

Change a campaign's email template

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More > Edit next to the campaign you want to edit.

  7. Click Confirm.

  8. Click Add Content.

  9. On the Select Template screen that opens, select a new template. Template selection screen showing various marketing templates for lawn care services.

  10. On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, click Save.

Preview campaign content

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, click Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Find the campaign you want to preview content for.

  4. In the Content section, click Edit.

  5. Preview the content included in the campaign:        

    • For email campaign content, click Preview template . This opens the Template preview screen where you can view the email in desktop or mobile modes. Email preview showing subject line about maintaining peace in home environments.

    • For direct mail campaign content, click View . This opens the Preview screen where you can check how the postcard will look when printed. You can:                

      • Click Front to preview the front of the postcard.

      • Click Back to preview the back of the postcard.

      • Enable the Show print guides toggle to review the printed postcards' borders and ensure there aren't unprinted edges. Preview of a postcard layout with highlighted print guides and customer information fields.

    • For SMS campaign content, click Preview message . This opens the Text Message Preview screen where you can view the message. You can also click Send Test to send a test message. Preview message feature for SMS with a reminder to secure an exclusive estimate.

Remove campaign content

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

  3. Click More  > Edit  next to the campaign you want to remove content from.

  4. In the Content section, click EditContent management interface showing email scheduling and editing options for a lawn care reminder.

  5. In the Campaign step, click More > Remove   Email interface showing subject, preview text, and options to edit or remove.

  6. On the confirmation pop-up that opens, click Confirm.
