Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content
This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Marketing Pro for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Things to know
For finished campaigns, you can only view the content.
You can only change the content for campaigns that you created.
Edit campaign content
To edit the different steps of your campaign content:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
Click More
> Edit
next to the campaign you want to edit. 
In the Content section, click Edit.

In the Campaign step, click Edit
or click More
> Edit
depending on the step. 
Make the needed updates.
When finished, click Save.
Edit a campaign's email template
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
Click More
> Edit
next to the campaign you want to edit. 
In the Content section, click Edit.

Click More
> Edit
for the campaign step that needs to be updated. 
Hover over the template and select the Edit
. 
On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, make the needed updates.
When finished, click Save.
Change a campaign's email template
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
Click More
> Edit next to the campaign you want to edit.In the Content section click Edit.

In the Campaign step you want to update the template for, click More
> Edit
. 
Hover over the template and select Remove Template.

Click Confirm.
Click Add Content.
On the Select Template screen that opens, select a new template.

On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, click Save.
Preview campaign content
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, click Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
Find the campaign you want to preview content for.
In the Content section, click Edit.
Preview the content included in the campaign:
For email campaign content, click Preview template
. This opens the Template preview screen where you can view the email in desktop or mobile modes. 
For direct mail campaign content, click View
. This opens the Preview screen where you can check how the postcard will look when printed. You can: Click Front to preview the front of the postcard.
Click Back to preview the back of the postcard.
Enable the Show print guides toggle to review the printed postcards' borders and ensure there aren't unprinted edges.

For SMS campaign content, click Preview message . This opens the Text Message Preview screen where you can view the message. You can also click Send Test to send a test message.

Remove campaign content
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.
Click More
> Edit
next to the campaign you want to remove content from.In the Content section, click Edit.

In the Campaign step, click More
> Remove
. 
On the confirmation pop-up that opens, click Confirm.
