Overview

Manage Rollup Dashboard settings, configure sharing and feature options, and rename, duplicate, or delete custom dashboards to maintain organized, controlled, and flexible reporting across your network.

Rollup Dashboard settings

To access Rollup Dashboard settings:

  1. Click Rollup Dashboards in the main Enterprise Hub Modules screen.Overview of Enterprise Hub modules including User Management and Rollup Dashboards.

  2. The Dashboard page opens displaying the dashboard you have set to default.

  3. Click the Settings .

  4. Use the toggles to enable or disable the following Modular Dashboard settings:

    1. Exclude inactive divisions from the Technician Scorecards dropdown

    2. Hide inactive campaigns from Marketing Scorecards

    3. Show Nextsar Feature Gate Tab Technician Scorecards

      Note: The first two settings are enabled by default. The Show Nextsar Feature Gate Tab setting is turned off by default. 

  5. To set Custom Dashboard settings, click the Custom Dashboards tab.
    The Custom Dashboards settings page opens listing the custom dashboards you have access to. 

Custom Dashboard sharing settings

  1. For the custom dashboard whose sharing access you want to edit, click Share Access .
    The Share Access window opens.

  2. For the individual you want to set access for, select an option to enable or disable it:

    1. Can View: Can view the custom dashboard

    2. Can View & Edit: Can edit the custom dashboard

    3. No Access: Can’t access the custom dashboard

  3. When finished, click Save.

Rename, duplicate, and delete custom dashboards

  1. For the custom dashboard you want to edit, click an icon to perform an action:

    1. To rename a dashboard:

      1. Click Settings

      2. On the Dashboard Settings pop-up that opens, use the Name field to rename the dashboard.

      3. When finished, click Save

    2. To duplicate the dashboard:

      1. Click Duplicate .
        The Duplicate Dashboard pop-up opens. 

      2. On the Duplicate Dashboard pop-up that opens, use the Name field to rename the duplicated dashboard.

      3. Select the Share it with the same people box if you want to share the dashboard with the same people who currently have access. 

      4. When finished, click Save

    3. To delete a dashboard:

      1. Click Delete.

      2. On the confirmation pop-up, click Delete to complete the action.
