Overview

Learn about Rollup Dashboard permissions and module-level access controls, enabling secure, role-based visibility and management of dashboards across your network.

Things to know

  • When you give a user the View Rollup Dashboards permission, they automatically can view and edit all modules on the modular dashboard.

Rollup Dashboard permissions

To access Rollup Dashboards, your users require the appropriate permissions. To grant your users these permissions, see Manage users in Enterprise Hub.

In the Rollup Dashboards permissions you can select one of the following options:

  • View Rollup Dashboards: Allows users to access the Rollup Dashboards module

  • Edit Rollup Dashboards: Allows users to edit dashboards

  • See Rollup Dashboard Settings: Allows users to access the Rollup Dashboard settings page

  • Export Rollup Dashboards: Allows users to export modular dashboard technician scorecards drilldown
    Note: Export functionality will be included in a future release and is not available during the beta. 

  • View and Share All dashboards: Allows users to view and share all dashboards created in the network they have access to

After you enable permissions, you need to determine which dashboard modules you want your users to access. 

  1. Click Dashboard Default (Modules). A list of all dashboard modules displays.

  2. Determine which report modules you want the user to access:

    1. Click View and Edit All to allow the user to view and edit all dashboard modules.

    2. Click None for each individual dataset to allow the user to view and edit the individual dashboard module.Dashboard settings showing module options for revenue and access permissions.

    3. Click Revoke All to remove all dashboard module permissions.

Dashboard permissions for Enterprise Hub user roles

Use the single tenant Dashboard permissions for Enterprise Hub user roles to allow levels of access to the reporting templates and legacy reports. To update the permissions for a user role:

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click User Management > Roles.

  2. Click the user role you want to edit.

  3. Click the ServiceTitan permissions tab, then click Dashboards

  4. In the Dashboards section that opens, determine which dashboard modules you want users assigned to the user role to access. You can:

    1. Click All next to Can View to allow the user role to view all dashboard modules.

    2. Click the dropdown next to an individual dashboard module to allow the user to view the individual module.

    3. Click All next to No Access to remove access to all dashboard modules.
