Overview
The Modular Dashboard includes scorecards that display up-to-the-minute performance metrics of your business unit divisions as well as metrics for individual technicians and marketing campaigns across the selected networks.

Things to know
By default, the Modular Dashboard shows metrics for all networks on the current day for all your business units (BUs) regardless of trade or division. You can filter the dashboard for specific dates, BUs, and networks.
There may be slight differences between the data displayed in Rollup Dashboards compared to the data in a single tenant dashboard due to the time zone differences between Enterprise Hub and the single tenant. Data displayed in Rollup Dashboards are set to the Enterprise Hub user’s time zone.
For example, the Enterprise Hub user is located in Eastern Standard Time (EST) but the tenant is located in Central Standard Time (CST). The data displayed in Rollup Dashboards are shown in EST.
Rollup Dashboard Technician Scorecard
The Technician Scorecards section of the Modular Dashboard shows technician metrics based on the business unit of completed jobs across the selected networks. Each scorecard reports on a business unit division and includes multiple tabs of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Each technician’s metrics display on individual lines for each tenant they work. For example, technician John Smith works for three tenants, so he appears on the Technician Scorecard on three separate lines. Each technician also includes a label to show which tenant the technician is from.
Clicking on a technician opens the Technician Scorecard for the tenant the technician is from in a new tab.

Rollup Dashboard Marketing Scorecards
Using the Marketing Scorecards section in the Dashboard allows you to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your marketing campaigns and drill down to view details on individual campaigns across the selected networks.

Each marketing campaign’s metrics display on individual lines and include a label to show which tenant the campaign is from.
Clicking on a campaign opens the Marketing Scorecard for the tenant the campaign is from in a new tab.
