Review your performance and recordings in Field Pro v2

Overview

Field Pro v2 lives inside ST Field. Open it from your home screen after your recorded jobs finish processing. It shows how each conversation scored, what you did well, and where to improve. Atlas can coach you on your growth area using your own recent jobs, so practice is based on real calls instead of generic advice.

Who uses this feature

  • Technicians

Feature configuration

  • Your office needs to give you Field Pro access (the View Field Pro permission). Keep ST Field updated to the latest version.

Things to know

  • Depending on your company's setup, you may see only your own recordings, or your team's too. Your office sets this.

  • Your performance summary is refreshed every morning from your past week of recordings, so your strength and growth area can change.

  • Day in Review appears only if your company uses it. It counts the jobs you completed that day. On a day with no completed jobs, there's no Day in Review.

  • Your manager can see how often you use Atlas, and your manager's daily Manager Insights Emails can include questions technicians asked Atlas.

Best practices

  • Check your performance summary at the start or end of your day. One strength and one growth area is enough to work on at a time.

  • Practice your growth area with Atlas before your next similar Job, not after. A five-minute role-play beats reading a score.

  • Listen to your own recording and/or Ask Atlas when a job doesn't close. Your score tells you what happened; the recording tells you why.

  • Work your follow-up opportunities the same day they appear. A flagged follow-up is a job Field Pro v2 thinks still has a real chance.

  • Reply to your manager's comments. Comments are a conversation, and the moment they point to is the most useful coaching you'll get.

  • Use your team playlist before asking your manager the same question twice. Your manager builds those playlists from real calls that went well.

Use cases

  • A technician finishes a day of estimates, opens Field Pro, sees Closing as their growth area, and taps Practice closing to work on it with Atlas using their own recent calls.

  • A technician scans their recordings, spots a follow-up on a job that didn't close, opens it, and copies the suggested message to send the customer.

  • A technician disagrees with a low score, opens the scorecard breakdown to see which signal was missed, and follows the transcript to that moment in the audio.

  • A technician gets tagged in a manager comment on a recording, listens to the clip, and replies with what they'd do differently.

  • A new technician works through a team playlist their manager shared on handling "I need to talk to my spouse" before running their first Estimate alone.

Open Field Pro v2 and read your Day in Review

  1. On your home screen in ST Field, tap View Field Pro.

  2. Field Pro opens on the Dashboard. If your company uses Day in Review, Your Day In Review is at the top, with a card for each day you completed jobs. Tap a card to see how those jobs went. You'll also get a notification when a new one is ready.

Note: If your company doesn't use Day in Review, you won't see this section.

Tip: For the full breakdown of what Day in Review shows, see View your daily recap with Field Pro in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.

What's in Field Pro

Field Pro has five tabs: Dashboard (Day in Review, your performance summary and Chat with Atlas), Recordings, Comments, Leaderboard and Playlists.

Review your performance summary

Your performance summary is built from the recorded calls Field Pro v2 has evaluated.

  1. On the Dashboard, scroll to your Performance Summary.

  2. Review what it shows. Your Performance Summary can show:

    • Positive Trend: what's improving, with the numbers.

    • Strength: the skill you're doing best right now, with example recordings you can open.

    • Growth Area: the skill to work on next, with example recordings you can open.

Note: You'll see at most one strength and one growth area. If you have no recordings in the past week, your previous summary stays.

Practice your growth area with Atlas

  1. Under Chat with Atlas, tap Practice (named for your growth area, for example Practice closing). Atlas starts with: How can I improve in closing? Give me examples from my most recent jobs.

  2. Or tap Coaching tips for tips from your past week of jobs, or Role play to rehearse with Atlas.

  3. Keep going in the chat with follow-up questions.

Note: Practice appears only when you have a growth area. If you don't see Chat with Atlas, ask your office.

Find your recordings

  1. In Field Pro, tap Recordings.

  2. Use the filters at the top to narrow the list: Owned by Me (just your recordings), Outcome, Job Type, Team, Technician, Date, Duration, Signals and Scored.

  3. Scan the list. Each recording shows its score (or No Score), the outcome, job type, customer, technician and date. A Follow-up tag means Field Pro found a chance to reach back out to the customer. Each follow-up has a potential, from Very Low to Very High, based on how likely and how valuable the sale looks.

  4. Tap a recording to open it.

Note: The list starts on your team, so if your office gave you access to your team, your teammates' recordings appear too. Tap Owned by Me to see only yours.

Review a recording

Read the summary and listen to the call

Read the Summary tab. It's organized into sections, such as Overview and Objections & Resistance. Each point has timestamps; tap one to play the audio from that moment. Below the summary, Coaching Insights shows a strength and a growth area for this call, with timestamps.

Note: Your office chooses the summary sections, so yours may differ from another company's.

Read your scorecard

  1. With the recording open, tap Scorecard.

  2. Review the full breakdown of what was scored and why. Each signal shows how it was evaluated, not just the number.

Read the transcript and comments

Tap Transcript to read the conversation, or play the audio and follow along. Lines with comments show a comment icon and count. Tap the icon to read the comments, reply, or add your own on that line.

When your manager comments on one of your recordings, you get a notification in ST Field; tap it to open the comment. Make sure notifications are allowed for ST Field on your phone. All your comment threads are on the Comments tab.

Tip: A comment from your manager usually points at a specific moment. Listen to that moment before you reply.

Ask Atlas about this job

  1. With the recording open, tap the Atlas icon in the bottom right.

  2. Ask Atlas a question about the job, or choose a suggested question if one appears.

Work a follow-up opportunity

  1. Open a recording with a Follow-up tag.

  2. On the Summary tab, tap the Follow-up card.

  3. Review the recap and recommended action.

  4. Copy the suggested message and use it to reach back out to the customer. Edit it to fit the conversation you actually had.

Note: Rehash follow-ups close themselves once the job's estimate is sold.

Check the leaderboard

Tap the Leaderboard tab. The Leaderboard shows the top technicians on your team by score over the last 28 days, with your own position highlighted.

Build and use playlists

Playlists let you collect clips and recordings you want to come back to. Your manager can also share playlists with the team.

  1. Tap the Playlists tab at the top of Field Pro. Your Playlists holds the ones you made; tap + to create one. Team Playlists are ones your manager shared with your team.

  2. Tap a playlist to open it, then tap a recording to listen and review it.

  3. While you're in a recording from a playlist, tap the Atlas icon to ask what you can learn from it.

Add a recording to a playlist

To save a moment, select it in the transcript and choose Add to playlist, then pick one or more playlists.
