Overview
Use the Profitability tab to view profitability metrics for the agreement.
Who uses this feature
- Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.
- Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types
- Applies to all trades
Service Agreement Profitability actions
The Budget vs. Actual section displays details on the estimated budget versus the actual cost. You can see the Total Cost with the drill down of the Total Labor cost, Total Material Cost, and all the costs included in the agreements.
The Visits Details section displays expense details for each visit for each location on the agreement. Click Location/Data Name to view the Total Cost, Total Labor Cost, Total Materials Cost, and Equipment cost details.
