You can renew an expiring customer membership on an in-progress job or directly from the customer or location profile.

Things to Know
After you renew a membership, you can print or email the renewal invoice to the customer. For more, see Generate, print, and email membership renewal estimates.

Renew a membership on an in-progress job or estimate
If a customer wants to renew a membership while the technician is performing a job, you can renew it from the customer or location record. If the customer has multiple memberships, you can select the one the customer wants to renew.
For example, if a customer has a Gold Membership at multiple locations, when adding the renewal task to the invoice or estimate, you can select which membership the customer is renewing.
To renew a membership while the technician is on a job or giving an estimate, add the membership renewal task to the invoice or estimate.
Renewing without a job in progress
If a customer wants to renew a membership ahead of schedule and there's no job in progress or membership renewal estimate, you can renew a membership from the customer or location record.
To renew membership from the customer record:
Open the customer record for which you want to renew the membership.
Click the membership you want to renew.
Click Renew Membership.

Create Invoice Membership Renewal Invoice opens.
Select the membership renewal details:
From the Membership Renewal Task dropdown, select a task.
From the Duration / Billing dropdown, select a duration. The invoice of the renewal membership opens.
When you’re finished, click Create.
