Technicians on a job can sell renewals for expiring memberships.


Who uses this feature

  • Technicians

Add a membership renewal to an estimate or invoice

To renew a membership in ServiceTitan Mobile, add it as a renewal task from your pricebook to an estimate or invoice:

  1. Go to your customer's estimate or invoice.

  2. Tap Add items.

  3. Search for the sales task associated with the membership renewal. Search bar displaying the term 'renew' with suggested options below.

  4. Tap Add for the renewal task you want. Three HVAC membership options displayed with prices and add buttons for selection.

  5. Select the membership you want to renew. Membership renewal options displayed with active and expired statuses for different plans.

  6. Tap Save

  7. Tap Add To Estimate or Add To Invoice.

  8. Tap Done.

Tap the renewal task in an estimate to edit it.

Edit a renewal task in an invoice

  1. Remove the renewal task from the invoice.

  2. Tap Add items.

  3. Search for the renewal task associated with the membership renewal. Search bar displaying the term 'renew' with suggested options below.

  5. Edit the renewal task.

  6. Next to Membership To Renew, tap SelectAtlas HVAC membership renewal page featuring a gold member badge and pricing details.

  7. Select the membership you want to renew. Membership renewal options displayed with active and expired statuses for different plans.

  8. Tap Save.

  9. Tap Add To Invoice.

  10. Tap Done.
