Overview
If you’ve already reviewed the unreconciled bills for accuracy, select these bills in bulk and reconcile them all at once. This helps you save time without having to open each bill that you want to reconcile.
Note: Before you reconcile bills in bulk, ensure that you review all bills.

The Purchasing Module is required to use this feature.
Permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
If you haven’t already enabled Payables, see Set up Accounts Payable.
Reconcile bills in bulk
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.
In the side panel, click Bills.
Click the Unreconciled tab if it’s not already selected.
Mark each bill that you want to reconcile.

Tip: To select all bills on the page, select the checkbox at the top of the table.
Click Reconcile. A pop-up opens to confirm the bills are reconciled.

The reconciled bills are ready to be added to statements.
