Why are the added modifiers on the dynamic pricing rule not visible when editing the price rule?

Problem

You find that after adding modifiers to a dynamic pricing rule, these modifiers are not visible when editing the price rule. This issue occurs because the Continue and Finish steps were not completed after clicking Save.

Solution

When you edit a dynamic pricing rule, make sure your modifiers are correctly saved and visible. After completing these steps, you can see all the modifiers when you go back to edit the price rule.

Edit a dynamic pricing rule

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. In the side menu, click Pricing Builder.

3. Find the dynamic pricing rule you want to edit and click Edit.

4. To add a modifier, click the modifier you want to add.

5. Fill out the names and details for the modifier.

6. Click Save.

7. Important: After saving, click Continue.

8. Click Finish.
