Why discounts don’t apply to certain estimate items?

Problem

Discounts don’t apply to some estimate items. While certain items calculate the discount correctly, others do not.

Solution

Allow discounts codes

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook. 

2. In the side menu, click Services. 

3. Find the item that won’t accept the discount.

4. Click Actionsand select the View/Edit Service option.
   

5. Check the box next to Allow Discounts Codes.
   

6. When finished, click Save.
