Problem

The Discounts & Fees feature is missing from the Pricebook sidebar.

Solution

Workflow Summary

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enable the feature.

  2. Confirm with your CSM that enabling this feature won't affect other settings or features you have in place.

  3. Wait for your CSM to enable the Discounts and Fees feature for your account. For more, see Add discounts and fees.
