Overview
This automated weekly email report helps you track the performance of your email campaigns in Marketing Pro. Delivered directly to your inbox, it highlights your top 3 performing emails and includes key metrics such as revenue, jobs, and calls attributed to your campaigns. You can use this report to gain insights, share results with your team, and showcase success across your organization.

This article is for Marketing Pro and is not yet available in V2.
Things to know
The weekly email report is sent every Monday to eligible users.
Office users who have created or updated marketing campaigns will automatically receive the email report the following week.
All users can receive the report by subscribing to it in Settings > Marketing Pro > Reporting.
You'll see which campaigns performed best that week.
Each report includes an unsubscribe link if you no longer wish to receive emails.
Enable the weekly report
The Marketing Performance Email is automatically sent to users with access to Marketing Pro who have created or updated campaigns. However, any user can opt in to receive the report by subscribing through the Marketing Reporting page in ServiceTitan Settings—making it easy to keep your wider team informed and aligned.
Go to Settings > Marketing Pro > Reporting.
Click Subscribe to enable weekly reports.
Note: If you do not see this option, your account may not have access yet, or you may need admin permissions to enable it. Contact an administrator on your team.
Unsubscribe from the weekly report
If you no longer want to receive the Marketing Performance Email, you can unsubscribe in either of these ways:
In ServiceTitan Settings:
Go to Settings > Marketing Pro > Reporting.
Toggle off the subscription setting.
In the Email, click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Marketing Performance Email.
Note: We do not recommend unsubscribing from the email, as it will opt you out of all future Marketing Pro communications globally.
Review the report
The weekly report includes the key performance metrics of your top email campaigns. These metrics include:
Direct Revenue: The total of all income-type line items on invoices for completed jobs.
Attributed Revenue: The total income from completed jobs that were booked within the attribution window after a customer received the campaign. For more, see Marketing Pro Ads Smart Attribution.
Attributed Calls: The number of calls received within the attribution window after a customer received the campaign.
Attributed Jobs: The number of completed jobs booked within the attribution window after a customer received the campaign.
The report also highlights the top three performing campaigns, along with their corresponding key performance indicators (KPIs).
