Overview
Use Campaign Calendar in Marketing Pro Enterprise to get a centralized visual timeline of all your email and SMS marketing campaigns. View campaigns across your entire network of tenants in one place. This allows you to plan more effectively, avoid scheduling conflicts across your network, and ensure better coordination and alignment with your team. It's your go-to tool for understanding when and where campaigns are running.

This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
Use the campaign calendar to clearly see both Automated and One-Time email and SMS campaigns
See multi-step email or SMS sequences plotted on the calendar, giving you a clear picture of the customer journey touchpoints over time.
Filter the calendar by Date, Tenant, Tenant Group, Delivery Method, Channel, and Campaign Type to customize your view.
Benefits of using this feature
Clear Visualized Campaigns Overview: Get a clear, visual overview of all your scheduled and launched email and SMS campaigns across your entire network of tenants in a single calendar view, eliminating the need to log into each tenant individually to see what's running.
Streamlined Campaign Management: From the calendar view, easily click on a campaign item to navigate directly to its detail page within the Enterprise Hub. From there, you can efficiently stop the campaign across multiple tenants without needing to manage each one separately.
Improved Network Coordination: Easily see overlapping campaigns or identify gaps in your marketing schedule across different regions or brands, ensuring better strategic planning for your entire network.
View campaign calendar
Use the campaign calendar in Marketing Pro Enterprise to track your marketing campaigns across all tenants. You have the option to view campaigns launched from Marketing Pro Enterprise or campaigns launched locally from a tenant.
Open the calendar
Go to the Enterprise Hub URL.
Enter your username and password, then click Sign in.
Click Marketing Pro Enterprise.
On the Manage Campaigns screen, click Campaign Calendar.
Filter the calendar
Use filters to customize your view. When you finish selecting filters, click Apply. The following filters are available:
Date: Select a specific date to view.
View: Select a daily, weekly, or monthly view.
Enterprise Hub Campaigns: Select this to view your Enterprise Hub campaigns or campaigns launched for a single tenant. When viewing campaigns for a single tenant, the calendar includes both local and Enterprise campaigns.
Tenant: Select the tenants you want to see Enterprise campaigns for.
Note: This option only appears when viewing Enterprise Hub Campaigns.
Tenant Group: Filter by a specific group of tenants.
Note: This option only appears when viewing Enterprise Hub Campaigns.
Delivery Method: Filter by One-Time or Automated campaigns.
Channel: Filter by Email or SMS campaigns.
Campaign Type: Filter to see specific types of campaigns.
View campaigns
You can view campaigns in two ways:
Enterprise Hub Campaigns view: To view campaigns launched from Marketing Pro Enterprise across all tenants, select Enterprise Hub Campaigns on the calendar.
Specific tenant view: To view campaigns for a specific tenant, select the tenant on the calendar. This view shows both Enterprise Hub campaigns and campaigns launched locally by that tenant.
Automated campaigns
On days with scheduled or live automated campaigns, an Automated campaign box appears. This box lists the total number of email and SMS campaigns for that day.
To see the full list of campaigns, click the automated campaign box. On each campaign card, you can:
View the campaign name.
Check how many tenants the campaign is scheduled or live for.
Note: This is only available in the Enterprise Hub Campaigns view
Identify campaigns launched locally by looking for the local tag.
Note: This is only available in the specific tenant view.
Click the card to open the Manage Campaigns screen for any campaign launched through Marketing Pro Enterprise.
One-time campaigns
On days with scheduled one-time campaigns, a box appears for each campaign. Each box includes:
The campaign name.
The delivery method (Email or SMS).
The number of tenants the campaign is scheduled for.
Note: This is only available in the Enterprise Hub Campaigns view.
The specific sequence step scheduled for that day.
The local tag if the tenant launched the campaign locally.

A link to the Manage Campaigns screen for any campaign launched through Marketing Pro Enterprise.
