Manage pre-bundled membership items

Overview

Create pre-built membership sales bundles to add recommended items to the invoice automatically after the membership is sold. This lets you quickly add a set of related items to invoices with one click—saving time, and ensuring consistent, accurate pricing across jobs.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, Managers, and Accountants

  • Primarily benefits Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Create Pre-bundled Memberships

Create a pre-built membership bundle by adding the bundle items to the membership sale task. 

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Pricebook.

  2. Go to Services. 

  3. Search for the membership sale task that is added to the Membership Type in Settings. For more, see Create new sale and renewal tasks.

  4. In the Recommendations field, add the items you want to add to the sale task as a pre-bundle. 
     

    Note: Items added to the Recommendations field in Pricebook do not automatically add to the invoice. This only occurs when the Pre-bundled Memberships feature is enabled on your account. Please contact Technical Support  for details.

  5. When finished, click Save. 

After the membership sale task is added to an invoice, the items from the pre-built bundles will automatically apply to the invoice.
