Overview
The Notification section on the Daily Dispatch Board shows you job updates such as Technician Dispatched, Technician Arrived, Appointment Done, Technician Wrap Up Messages, and Technician Requested Additional Appointment. Review these notifications to ensure operations are running smoothly.

Thing to know
Notifications only appear in the Notification dropdown if a technician triggered the action. Notifications don't appear in the Notification dropdown if an office employee triggered the action. For example, if a technician dispatches themselves, it appears in Notifications. If a dispatcher dispatches a technician, it appears in Dispatch Messaging as an SMS notification.
Dispatch notifications are currently only available on the Daily Board.
View notifications
Click Notifications
at the top of the Daily Dispatch Board.In the window that opens, you see any job notifications for today based on what's selected in Dispatch Configuration.
Tip: To view the job record associated with a notification, click the job number for that notification.
Note: SMS notifications don't appear in the Notifications dropdown. SMS notifications appear alongside any other text messages in Dispatch Messaging. For example, if a technician dispatches themselves, it appears in Notifications. If a dispatcher dispatches a technician, it appears in Dispatch Messaging as an SMS notification.

Filter notifications
Click Notifications
at the top of the Daily Dispatch Board.In the window that opens, click Filter desktop notifications.

On the Notifications screen that opens, select Yes if you want to enable notifications. Select No if you want to disable notifications.
Next to Notification Types, select the types of notifications you want to see.

When finished, click Save.
