Feature configuration

Things to know

  • If you're offline, you can capture media and it will finish uploading when you're back online.

Best practices

  • Work with your team to identify common visit types where equipment photos and documents are required, such as maintenance, quoted repairs, warranty work, and replacement jobs.

Use cases

Commercial Service & Replacement

  • Snap photos of failing RTUs and attach them directly to the equipment record. Your notes and images give the sales team exactly what they need to build an accurate replacement proposal without calling you for details.

  • Record filter conditions and diagnostic readings during every visit. By documenting the decline over time, you help the customer plan for replacements before the unit hits a total Code Red failure.

  • On an emergency call? Your dispatcher can pull up the equipment's full history and past attachments in ServiceTitan to talk you through previous repairs or hidden issues while you're on the roof.

Commercial Construction

  • Save install photos, startup logs, and panel labels to each piece of gear. This ensures the next crew knows exactly how you set it up without having to hunt through a job trailer or old paperwork.

  • Double-check that all equipment attachments are uploaded. It's the fastest way to prove the phase is 100% done so you can move to the next stage of the project.

  • When returning to a past project, pull up the original install photos and data. You'll see exactly how the unit looked on day one before you even crack the manual.
