Things to know
You can see the attachments from different sections that are linked to the estimate, for example, pricebook item attachments, job attachments, project attachments, and more.
The attachments added from ServiceTitan can be available in ServiceTitan Mobile to technicians.
The attachments will be sent as separate documents in the email.
Manage estimate files
The Documents section allows you to access and upload documents, media, or other attachments for a given estimate in a centralized place.
Option 1: Upload File option
There are two options for uploading a file:
On the Estimate screen, scroll down to the Documents section.
Click Upload File.
Upload a file from your computer.

Option 2: In the Estimate Documents section:
In the Documents section, click View All.

In the Estimate Documents section that opens, click Upload File.

Rename files
You can rename files by selecting the file and clicking Edit

Filter files
Use the Created by, Date Created, and Source filters to search for a document.

You can also search for a document by entering a document name and click Search
.

Delete and download files
You can delete and download files using two different options.
Option 1:
Select the record and view the actions you can perform.

Option 2:
Select the file and select the Delete or Download icon.
