Include and exclude items from automatic replenishment

Overview

You can include and exclude items from automatic replenishment when you edit the item in your pricebook.

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Note: This only applies if the Purchasing module is on and the Inventory module is off. If you are using Inventory, you can select which items are replenished by adjusting your inventory templates.

Include and exclude an item from automatic replenishment

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. From the side menu, select Materials or Equipment. For example, select Materials.A cursor clicking Materials under Pricebook.

  3. On the Materials page that opens, select the material you want to include or exclude.

  4. From the Actions dropdown field, select View/Edit Material.A cursor clicking the View/Edit Material option from the Actions dropdown.The Edit Material page opens.

  5. In the Details tab:

    1. Select the Automatically replenish this item as it is used on invoices option to include the material in automatic replenishment.A cursor selecting the Automatically replenish this item as it is used on invoices option to include the material in automatic replenishment.

    2. Deselect the Automatically replenish this item as it is used on invoices option to exclude the material from an automatic replenishment.

      Note: If you deselect the Automatically replenish this item as it is used on invoices option, on the Confirmation pop-up message that appears, click Confirm.

  6. When you're finished, click Save.
