How to show the technician’s name on printed invoices

Problem

You want to show the technician's name on printed invoices.

Solution

To show the technician's name on printed invoices, you need to enable the Show Technician Name on Printed Invoice feature. You can enable this feature using the Feature Configuration settings screen.

1. Go to Settings > Your Account > Feature Configurations.

2. On the Feature Configurations screen, search for the Show Technician Name on Printed Invoice configuration.

3. Click the toggle to On.

Note: In order to enable the Show Technician Name on Printed Invoice feature, the Multiple Invoice/Estimate print options must be disabled.
