Invoice logo or formatting looks wrong when printed

What you're seeing

Your invoices suddenly look off when printed. The company logo is missing, and the layout has formatting problems that weren't there before. The invoice data itself is correct — only the printed appearance is wrong.

Why this happens

There is 1 common reason.

Reason 1

A cached version of the page is loading instead of the current one.

This is usually a temporary display issue in your browser. A hard refresh forces the browser to reload the page fresh and typically restores the logo and formatting.

How to fix it

1Do a hard refresh of the page

  1. On Windows, hold Ctrl and Shift, then press R. (Or hold Ctrl and press F5.)

  2. On Mac, hold Shift and click the Reload button. (Or hold Command and Shift, then press R.)

  3. Check whether the invoice looks normal after the hard refresh.

✓ Done · The logo and formatting display correctly on the printed invoice. You're done.

Still not working?

  • Your browser and operating system

  • Whether the issue affects one invoice or all of them, and one user or several

  • That you already tried a hard refresh
