Problem
You have an estimate not linked to any job and need to convert it to a sold estimate. There is no direct button for this action, and the estimate does not appear in the usual estimates list.
Note: You can create estimates on the call booking screen without attaching a job only if you have the Create Estimate from Job Booking setting enabled in Settings > Operations > Job Booking.

Follow these steps to successfully convert an estimate that is not initially linked to a job into a sold estimate. This process ensures that all estimates, regardless of how they were created, can be managed and sold efficiently.

Open the estimate that you want to sell.
On the top of the screen look for the back to call button.
Click on Back to call. This action takes you back to the original call booking screen.
Now, book a job for the estimate. This step is crucial because the system needs to know the job associated with the estimate.
After booking the job, you can proceed to sell the estimate as usual. The estimate is now linked to a specific job, making it possible to convert it to a sold estimate.
