What is the location of the audit trail for opportunities and how can I access it?

Problem

You need to see if tasks or equipment are added to an opportunity. You also want to check if an estimate is dismissed by mistake.

Solution

Make sure to add tasks or equipment to an opportunity and check accidentally not to dismiss estimates.

Access audit trail

1. Open ServiceTitan.

2. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up.

3. Find the opportunity you want to check.

4. Click the opportunity to open it.

5. Scroll down to the Opportunity section.

6. Look for the Audit Trail section. This is where you see all actions taken on this opportunity, including added tasks, equipment, and any estimates that are dismissed.

Note: Actions listed in the audit trail can't be deleted. This ensures you have a complete history of what happened with the opportunity.
