Depending on applicable state and federal laws, technicians obtain customer consent to record the conversation before starting the conversation at the doorstep and guide the customer to the in-product options to obtain consent on the consent confirmation window.
You are responsible for setting the data retention period in Field Pro, as may be required under applicable privacy laws and as directed by your independent legal counsel. For more information on how to set retention periods, reach out to your Pro Account Manager.
