ServiceTitan offers two types of Supplier Integrations: Catalog Integration and Full Procurement Integration. Both streamline your business operations by connecting supplier catalogs directly to your ServiceTitan account.
Catalog Integrations let you subscribe to supplier catalogs, update your pricebook, and keep your business relevant, while Full Procurement Integrations provide a seamless procurement workflow for up-to-date product information, pricing (vendor cost), and electronic purchase orders.
Things to Know Before You Start
- Before you set up Full Procurement Integration, have your Customer ID or Account Number ready — typically found on an invoice or in your supplier's online portal — as well as the postal code associated with your account.
- R.E. Michel requires users who perform the vendor integration to have a valid email address to modify settings.

Catalog Integration
Subscribe to specific supplier catalogs to map and add items to your pricebook for immediate use in the field and other business areas. For more, see Pricebook supplier integration: Overview and getting started.
With Catalog Integration you can:
Subscribe to supplier catalogs to map and add items to your pricebook for immediate technician use.
Offer customers an updated digital pricebook with names, descriptions, model numbers, images and product specs for equipment and materials.
Keep your business relevant with regular updates on catalog changes.
Use integration features such as:
- Viewing supplier catalogs in ServiceTitan
- Adding new items and matching existing items
- Seeing summaries of changes and deactivating items
- Exporting your Pricebook for editing

Full Procurement Integration
Create purchase orders with real-time pricing and availability checks across multiple locations and send them directly to the supplier's system from ServiceTitan. For more, see Set up your account for Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
With Full Procurement Integration you can:
Map provider catalogs to your ServiceTitan Pricebook.
Access and download current vendor pricing directly from provider catalogs.
Get up-to-date information on the availability and pricing of items in your purchase orders.
Manage electronic purchase orders, invoices, accounts payable reconciliation, and payments within ServiceTitan.
Send purchase orders electronically.
Search and add catalog items to purchase orders without adding them to your ServiceTitan pricebook first.

| Branch-based Purchasing | Used when home service providers purchase items from a branch location other than their default location. Commonly due to availability, urgency, and/or proximity to a job site. |
Setup
How to Get Started
To set up Catalog or Full Procurement Integrations, follow the steps below.
Go to ServiceTitan Marketplace.
Search for an integration or partner name and navigate to its screen.
📌 Note: You can filter for Suppliers and Procurement for easier navigation.
Click Get Started.
In the Learn More screen that opens, enter your personal information.
Click Agree and Submit.
