Overview
Rule priorities help dispatchers understand which tasks in the console are most urgent. Priorities are preconfigured as Urgent (red), High (orange), Medium (yellow), and Low (green). If needed, you can rename each priority and also change the color. This gives you flexibility in displaying priorities in the console.

Things to know
The console shows tasks for all jobs and all technicians, not just Dispatch Pro-enabled jobs and technicians. This is helpful, for example, if you use Dispatch Pro for service and maintenance jobs but not for install jobs.
Tasks for jobs scheduled on past or future days may take up to one hour to appear in the console. Tasks for jobs scheduled for today appear within 1–5 minutes.
After a task is resolved, it may take a minute or so to disappear from the console task list.
Open Rule Priority Settings
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Dispatch Pro > Console Settings.
On the Console Settings screen that opens, click the Rule Priorities tab.
Configure Rule Priorities
The order in which priorities appear in the console is preset and can't be changed. This ensures the most urgent tasks always appear at the top of the console.

Dispatchers see console tasks prioritized in the following order:
Urgent (red)
High (orange)
Medium (yellow)
Low (green)
If needed, you can click Edit
next to each priority to rename it and also change the color.

When finished, click Save to save your changes.
