In ServiceTitan Mobile, tap Invoice then tap Pay.

Tap either Card Reader or Tap to Pay.
Note: The option to tip will not appear if you manually enter the credit card number.

Tap Done.
Run a report on tips
You can run an Invoice item custom report to view tip amounts. This report helps you track tips added through card-present payments and review them alongside other invoice details.
To run a report on tips, create a custom report using either the Invoice Items or Invoice Items by Technician report templates.
Include the following columns in your report:

Item Code
Item GL Account Name

When you run your report, you can filter the columns to only show tips.
