Technicians

  • Perform bulk dispatch actions in the Field Mobile App to manage your crew more efficiently: Lead Technicians can now update job statuses for multiple technicians at once, reducing manual work and improving workflow. Previously, each technician had to handle their own status, leading to inefficiencies and delays.   • Create and Manage Item Groups from Pricebook for Estimates and Invoices: You can now create item groups directly from the Pricebook, Item Detail screen, Estimates, and Invoices, making it faster to bundle services and equipment for accurate pricing. Item groups allow you to create one “Parent” item with sub items, in which only the Parent item is visible to the customer on an estimate or invoice, and aggregates all of the child prices into one line item.   • Get technicians up to speed faster with the new Scaling Onboarding feature: Before, you had to rely on technical support or your managers to learn tasks like booking jobs or creating invoices. Now, you'll see helpful in-app messaging through the Field Mobile App. This supports both new and experienced technicians while helping teams scale without extra communication steps.
